This is a participatory site. I encourage you to post comments of any sort (as long as they adhere to the comment policy) on articles of interest. You can do this at the end of any regular article until comments close on that article. While the ratio of “lurkers” to posters is often high on the Net, I hope the Small Town Project will grow to be an exception as we all remind ourselves that with more discussion we will accomplish more.
